This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from Shopmate, the grocery receipt price-tracking app. Shopmate is developed and operated by the Shopmate team, contactable at tom@shopmategrocery.com.
Prefer not to use the app? Email tom@shopmategrocery.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We process email deletion requests within 30 days.
The prices extracted from your receipts are kept in anonymized form — detached from your account and identity — so the shared community price catalog stays accurate. These records contain no personal identifiers and can no longer be linked back to you.
